1、 Working principle, structural characteristics, and main technical parameters
Working principle: Wet materials are added to the feeding hopper and evenly spread on the mesh belt. The materials that fall onto the mesh belt move forward at a constant speed under the drive of the transmission motor The heated hot air is blown into the interior of the drying machine by the blower and penetrates the material layer from bottom to top After the hot air comes into contact with the wet material, the temperature rapidly drops. The wet material absorbs the heat from the hot air and quickly exchanges heat and mass, transferring the internal moisture to the outside and carrying away the surface moisture with the hot air The moist air taken away is discharged outdoors by a dehumidification fan.
At the beginning of drying, there is a large temperature difference between the hot air and the wet material, which is a constant speed process. The drying speed is very fast. As the drying progresses, the moisture content in the material decreases, and the temperature difference between the hot air and the material also decreases relatively. The drying speed also slows down, and the temperature of the material gradually increases The heat provided by hot air is mainly used for four major parts: evaporating water, heating materials, equipment heat loss, and heat carried away by exhaust gas

The dryer has one independent transmission motor that can be controlled by electromagnetic speed regulation, which can effectively control the feeding speed and drying time to meet the final moisture requirements of the product. The ball bearings on the chain operate flexibly, and the forward movement of the chain relies on the rolling friction between the ball bearings and the track.
